Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 12.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

      66-1216.   "Affiliated interest" defined.For the purpose of this act, the term "affiliated interest" shallinclude the interest so designated and defined in K.S.A. 74-602a.
