Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 12.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

      66-1219.   Same; file maintained by secretary ofstate; fee.The secretary of state shall maintain a file for mortgages, securityagreements, and releases thereof of railroads and public utilities filedpursuant to this act. The secretary of state shall charge the same filingandinformation retrieval fees and credit the amounts in the same manner asfinancing statements filed under part 5 of article 9 of the uniform commercialcode and amendments thereto.
