Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 12.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

66-1243. Same; interconnection facilities; grant orlease, when.Any entity which, on or after January 1, 2004, constructs inthisstate new orexpanded electric generation facilities having a capacity of at least 100kilowatts may either grantor lease interconnection facilities to transmission operators, upon agreementbetween the entityand operator and approval by the commission.
