Article 12.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

      66-1250.   Same; reporting requirements for broadbandservice providers.On or before October 1, 2008,subjectto the provisions ofK.S.A. 2009 Supp.66-1252, and amendments thereto, eachprovider ofbroadband service shall submit to the commission information presenting thegeographic areas where customers are capable ofreceiving broadbandservice from such provider.The commission shall not requiresubsequent annual reports from providers who document the geographic areaswhere customers are capable of receiving broadband.This section shall apply to allproviders that provide broadband service, including satellite transmission.
