Article 12.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

      66-1252.   Same; broadband reporting program preemptedif federal program implemented.In the event the federal government or any federal agencyimplements anational programto collect information regarding broadband service deployment,the provisionsofK.S.A. 2009 Supp.66-1250 andsubsections (a), (c) and (d) ofK.S.A. 2009 Supp.66-1251, and amendmentsthereto, shall nolonger beeffective, and thecommissionshall collect such broadband service data and report suchdata to thelegislature in a form and manner that is in conformance with such federalprogram.
