Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 12.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

      66-1266.   Same; excess energy generated bycustomer-generator; calculation; requirements; expiration of credit.(a) If the electricity supplied bythe utility exceedsthe electricity generated by thecustomer-generator during a billing period, the customer-generator shall bebilled for the netelectricity supplied by the utility in accordance with normal practices forcustomers in the same rateclass.

      (b)   If a customer-generator generates electricity in excess of thecustomer-generator's monthly consumption, all such net excess energy (NEG),expressed inkilowatt-hours, shall becarried forward from month-to-month and credited at aratio of one-to-one against the customer-generator's energy consumption,expressed in kilowatt-hours, in subsequentmonths.

      (c)   Any net excess generation credit remainingin a net-metering customer's account at theend of each calendar year shall expire.
