Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 12.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

      66-1269.   Same; rules and regulations; applicationprocess.The commission shall, within 12 monthsfrom the effective date of the net metering andeasy connection act, establish rules and regulations necessary for theadministration of the act,which shall include rules and regulations ensuring that simple contracts areused for interconnectionand net metering. For systems less than 25 kilowatts, the application processshall use an all-in-one document that includes a simple interconnectionrequest, simple procedures anda brief set of termsand conditions.
