Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 13.--MOTOR CARRIERS

      66-1322.   Custody of property and records; resolution of conflicts by governor.On the effective date of this act, the superintendent ofthe Kansas highway patrol shall succeed to the custody and control of allproperty and records which were used for or pertain tothe performance of the powers, duties and functionsimposed and conferred on the superintendent under the provisions of thisact. Any conflict asto the proper disposition of such property or records arising under thissection, and resulting from the transfer of the powers, duties and functionsof the secretary of revenue to the superintendent,shall be resolved by the governor, whose decision shall be final.
