Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 13.--MOTOR CARRIERS

66-1330. Wrecker or towing service; certificate of public service.On and after January 1, 1995, it is unlawful for any personto provide wrecker or towing service within this state without first havingobtained a certificate of public servicefrom the state corporation commission.
