Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 15.--COSTS AND EXPENSES OF INVESTIGATION AND REGULATION; HEARINGS

      66-1509.   Rules and regulations authorized.The commission shall have full power and authority to make and prescribeall necessary and proper rules and regulations for carrying out theprovisions of this act.
