Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 15.--COSTS AND EXPENSES OF INVESTIGATION AND REGULATION; HEARINGS

      66-1510.   Invalidity of part.If any part, portion, clause, paragraph, sentence or section of this actshall be declared unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction,it is hereby declared that this act would have been passed without suchpart, portion, clause, paragraph, sentence or section, and such judgment ordecree shall not affect the validity of any other part, portion, clause,paragraph, sentence or section hereof.
