Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 17.--OVERHEAD POWER LINE ACCIDENT PREVENTION

66-1716. Severability of act.If any provision of this act or the application thereof to anyperson or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity does not affectother provisions or applications of this act which can be given effectwithout the invalid provision or application, and to this end theprovisions of this act are severable.
