Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 18.--UTILITY DAMAGE PREVENTION

66-1812. Violation of act, civil penalties andinjunctive relief.Any person to whom this act applies, who violates any of theprovisions contained in this act, shall be subject to civil penalties andinjunctive relief as set out in K.S.A. 66-1,151, and amendments thereto, andany remedies established in rules and regulations promulgated by the statecorporation commission in support of this act.
