Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 18.--UTILITY DAMAGE PREVENTION

66-1814. Severability.If any provision of this act or the application thereof to anyperson or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the act and theapplication of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall notbe affected thereby.
