66-1815. Kansas underground utility damageprevention act; rules and regulations.(a) The state corporation commission shall have full powerand authority to adopt all necessary rules and regulations for carrying out theprovisions of K.S.A. 66-1801 through 66-1814, and amendments thereto.
(b) This section shall be part of and supplemental to the Kansas undergroundutility damage prevention act.
