Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 20.--TELECOMMUNICATIONS

66-2013. Review of TeleKansas I.In order to adequately assess the impact ofTeleKansas I, the commission shall review the capitalexpenditures required to be made by telecommunications publicutilities pursuant to subsection (a) of K.S.A. 66-1,197, andamendments thereto. After review of such expenditures, thecommission shall determine the extent to which such expenditureshave not been made and may issue an order establishing a schedulefor completion of such capital expenditures.
