Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 21.--RURAL KANSAS SELF-HELP GAS ACT

66-2105. Rural gas service shall comply withpipeline safety laws.All providers of rural gas service under the provisions ofK.S.A. 66-2101 through 66-2106, andamendments thereto, will comply with all applicable pipeline safety lawsincluding rules and regulations adopted by the state corporation commissionpursuant to K.S.A. 66-1,150, and amendments thereto.
