Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 3.--DUTIES AND LIABILITIES OF RAILROADS AND OTHER CARRIERS

      66-310.   Landowner may build; recovery of value, interest andattorney's fee.If the party so notified shall refuse to build such fence in accordancewith the provisions of this act, the owner or occupant of the land requiredto be fenced shall have the right to enter upon the land and track of saidrailroad company, and may build such fence; and the person so building suchfence shall be entitled to the value thereof from such corporation or partyoperating or using such railroad, to be recovered with interest at the rateof one percent per month from the time such fence was built, together witha reasonable attorney's fee for the prosecution of any suit to recover thesame.
