Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES
Article 8.--FORECLOSURE PROCEEDINGS

      66-806.   Same; appointment of receiver.If at the time of the entry of such judgment, decree or order noreceiver shall have been appointed by the court in which the suit ispending, it shall be the duty of the court to appoint a receiver to takecharge of, manage, control and operate the property of said railwaycompany, who shall be subject to the order of the court, and possess andexercise all the powers and duties of receivers generally, together withsuch special powers and duties as the said court shall delegate to him. Ifat the time of the entry of such judgment, decree or order, a receivershall have been heretofore appointed, the court may continue him as suchreceiver, with all the powers and duties as hereinbefore indicated.
