Chapter 66.--PUBLIC UTILITIES Article 9.--EMINENT DOMAIN

66-908. State lands subject to appropriation.Any duly authorized and chartered railway corporation shall havethe same power to condemn for its use lands owned by the state or inwhich the state has an interest that it has to condemn lands owned by anindividual: Provided, however, That such lands are not used by thestate for any of its institutions or for other public purposes.
