Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES
PART I.--ROADS
Article 10.--NAMING AND MARKING OF HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES

      68-1012.   Designation and marking of the SantaFe Trail.It shall be the duty of the secretary of transportation, with thecooperation of the governing body of each city and county, to designate andmark the primary route of the historic Santa Fe Trail in Kansas, asdescribed in the national park service comprehensive management and useplan, by placing suitable signs in locations where the trail travels onpublic highways and crosses public highways. The secretary may accept andadminister gifts and donations to aid in obtaining suitable signs bearingthe proper approved inscription.
