Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES PART I.--ROADS Article 10.--NAMING AND MARKING OF HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES

68-1045. Designation of part of U.S. highway 54 as Cannonball StagelineHighway.United States highway 54 west from the east city limits ofthe city of Kingman to the west city limits of the city of Greensburg is herebydesignated as the Cannonball Stageline Highway. The secretary oftransportation shall place highway signs along the highway right-of-way atproperintervals to indicate that the highway is the Cannonball Stageline Highway,except that such signs shall not be placed until the secretary has receivedsufficient moneys from gifts and donations to reimburse the secretary for thecost of placing such signs. The secretary of transportation may accept andadminister gifts and donations topay for the cost of such highway signs bearing the proper approvedinscription.
