Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES
PART I.--ROADS
Article 10.--NAMING AND MARKING OF HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES

      68-1055.   Designating part of U.S. highway 400 as theClayton J. Connell memorial highway.From the junction of United States highway 400 with K-39south on United States highway 400 to the junction of United States highway 400and United States highway 75, is hereby designated as the Clayton J. Connellmemorial highway. The secretary of transportation shall place signsalong thehighway right-of-way at proper intervals to indicate that the highway is theClayton J. Connell memorial highway, except that such signs shall not be placeduntil thesecretary has receivedsufficient moneys from gifts and donations to reimburse the secretary for thecost of placing such signs. The secretary of transportation may acceptand administer gifts and donations to aid in obtaining suitable highway signsbearing the proper approved inscription.
