Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES PART II.--BRIDGES Article 15.--BRIDGES AND DAMS ACROSS NAVIGABLE STREAMS

68-1501. Authority and purpose.Municipalities, corporations, persons and individuals are herebyauthorized and empowered to build and construct bridges, dams (forpower, irrigation and other purposes) and obstructions (for the purposeof preserving the banks from erosion) in, over and across the navigablerivers of the state, under the provisions and conditions contained inthis act.
