Article 15.--BRIDGES AND DAMS ACROSS NAVIGABLE STREAMS

      68-1504.   Cost of inspection and approval of plans.The services required to be performed bythe secretary of transportation under the provisions of K.S.A. 68-1502 and68-1503, and amendments thereto, shall be free of costto the municipality, corporation or person requiring such services.
