Article 16.--INTERSTATE BRIDGES

      68-1606.   Same; effective date.This compact and agreement shall be in force and take effect from andafter its adoption by the general assembly of the state of Missouri, andapproval by the governor of Missouri, and its adoption by the legislatureof the state of Kansas, and approval by the governor of Kansas, andpublication in the official state paper of the state of Kansas, and uponits receiving the consent and approval of the congress of the UnitedStates.
