Article 20.--TOLL ROADS OR TURNPIKES

      68-2048b.   Same; issuance of bonds by counties.If a contract is made under K.S.A. 68-2048a, and amendments thereto, and such contractis approved by the Kansas turnpike authority, each such county may issuegeneral obligation bonds of such county in the manner provided by the generalbond law in an amount sufficient to pay the obligations of such county undersuch contract. Bonds issued under authority of this section shall not besubject to any limitations on bonded indebtedness of either such county.
