Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES

Article 20.--TOLL ROADS OR TURNPIKES

      68-20,112.   Failure or refusal to pay toll; penalty; lien on vehicle. Any person who uses any highway project and fails or refuses to pay thetoll provided therefor shall be punished by a fine of not more than onehundred dollars ($100) or by imprisonment for not more than thirty (30)days, or both, and in addition thereto the authority shall have a lien uponthe vehicle driven by such person for the amount of such toll and may takeand retain possession thereof until the amount of such toll and all chargesin connection therewith shall have been paid.
