Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES
PART III.--MISCELLANEOUS
Article 22.--HIGHWAY BEAUTIFICATION

      68-2202.   Purposes.For the purpose of promoting the public safety, health, welfare,convenience and enjoyment of public travel, to protect the publicinvestment in public highways, and to preserve and enhance the scenicbeauty of lands bordering public highways, it is hereby declared to be inthe public interest, and necessary and appropriate to regulate and restrictthe establishment, operation, and maintenance of junkyards in areasadjacent to highways, roads and streets within this state.
