Article 22.--HIGHWAY BEAUTIFICATION

      68-2235.   Agreements with secretary of U.S.department oftransportation.The secretary of transportation is hereby authorized to enter into anagreement with the secretary of the department of transportation of theUnited States government for the purpose of controllingoutdoor advertising in areas adjacent to the interstate and federal-aid primaryhighway systems or the national highwaysystem in accordance with 23 U.S.C. 131 (b), 23 U.S.C. 104 and 23 C.F.R. part750.
