Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES

Article 4.--STATE HIGHWAYS

      68-420.   Validity of act.If any section, clause, sentence, paragraph, part or provision ofthis act shall be found invalid by any court, it shall be conclusivelypresumed that this act would have been passed by the legislature withoutsuch invalid section, clause, sentence, paragraph, part or provision,and the act as a whole shall not be declared invalid by reason of thefact that one or more sections, clauses, sentences, paragraphs, parts orprovisions may be found invalid by any court.
