Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES PART I.--ROADS Article 4.--STATE HIGHWAYS

68-433. Same; penalties.Any person or persons violating the provisions of this act shall beguilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof before any court havingcompetent jurisdiction shall be fined in a sum of not more than fiftydollars and costs.
