Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES
PART I.--ROADS
Article 5.--COUNTY AND TOWNSHIP ROADS

      68-505.   Bond of engineer.Before entering upon his duties the county engineer shall give abond unto the state of Kansas with surety to be approved by the board ofcounty commissioners in the sum $2,500, conditioned upon the faithfuldischarge of his duties and the protection, care and return of allproperty of the county which may come into his custody: Provided,Where the county engineer districts have been formed the bond shall bemade payable to the state of Kansas for use of each county forming suchdistrict.
