Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES

Article 5.--COUNTY AND TOWNSHIP ROADS

      68-524.   Same; meetings.The township board of highway commissioners shall hold regularmeetings on the last Monday of March, June, September and December, andspecial meetings, as the occasion may require, at the call of thechairman or any two of the commissioners: Provided, That no billsshall be allowed or any other official business transacted except at aregular meeting or a special meeting at which all of the commissionershave had notice and at which at least two are present.
