Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES PART I.--ROADS Article 5.--COUNTY AND TOWNSHIP ROADS

68-532. Letting township contracts.The township board, in letting contracts and in employing labor forthe construction or maintenance of township roads, shall follow the sameproceedings and regulations as herein provided for county roads, so faras the same are applicable.
