Article 5.--COUNTY AND TOWNSHIP ROADS

      68-552.   Same; act supplemental.This act shall be supplemental to chapter 264[*] of the SessionLaws of Kansas for 1917 and chapter 245[*] of the Session Laws ofKansas for 1919, and in no wise amendatory of the laws of the state ofKansas in regard to roads and highways.
