Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES PART I.--ROADS Article 5.--COUNTY AND TOWNSHIP ROADS

68-557. Penalty for noncompliance.The neglect or refusal of any officer charged with theadministration of this act to enforce or comply with the provisionsherein shall constitute a misdemeanor and on conviction shall be fined asum not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500).
