68-559b. Same; expenditures.When a sufficient fund has been created by the annual tax levyauthorized by K.S.A. 68-559a, or, at any time after thesecond levy has been made, the board of county commissioners may makeexpenditures from the special road and bridge fund for the purpose ofconstruction and reconstruction of county roads and bridges.
