Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES
PART I.--ROADS
Article 5.--COUNTY AND TOWNSHIP ROADS

      68-597.   Procedure upon adoption; abandonment of system.Any county in this state which has heretofore adopted or may hereafteradopt the provisions of this act may at any general election after two(2) years from the date of such adoption abandon such system and returnto the original county and township road system prevailing in the countybefore the adoption of the same: Provided, That every outstandingcontract made by such county while operating under the provisions ofthis act [is] fully satisfied and complied with.
