Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES PART I.--ROADS Article 5.--COUNTY AND TOWNSHIP ROADS

68-5,101. County roads and bridges; tax levies, use of proceeds.The board of county commissioners of each of the several counties is herebyauthorized to levy an annual tax upon all taxable tangible property in thecounty in an amount not to exceed the limitation prescribed by K.S.A.79-1947, and amendments thereto, for road and bridgepurposes and to pay a portion of the principal and interest upon bonds issuedunder the authority of K.S.A. 12-1774, and amendments thereto,by any city located in such county.
