Chapter 71.--SCHOOLS--COMMUNITY COLLEGES Article 15.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

71-1510. Hutchinson community college authorized to acquire certain landand construct public radio repeater station.Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the board of trustees ofHutchinson community college is authorized to acquire land which is located inBarton county, Kansas, to construct a public radio repeater station on suchland, and to do all things necessary in order to provide for interconnectionbetween public radio station KHCC and such repeater station.
