Chapter 71.--SCHOOLS--COMMUNITY COLLEGES
Article 2.--ORGANIZATION, POWERS AND FINANCES OF BOARDS OF TRUSTEES

      71-206.   Same; disposition of funds.Any community college board shall receive, deposit and disburseall funds due or to become due for off-campus instruction at FortLeavenworth military reservation in the same manner as other fundsbelonging to the board, and all funds so received, or which have been soreceived, shall be available and expended for such off-campusinstruction and other lawful purposes of the board without regard to anyrestrictions or limitations contained in the budget law.
