Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS
Article 12.--HEARING TESTING

      72-1204.   Hearing testing programs; definitions.As used in this act and the act of which this section is amendatory: (a)" Board of education" means the board of education ofany school district or the governing authority of any accredited nonpublic school.

      (b)   "Accredited nonpublic school" means all nonpublic elementary and secondaryschools accreditedby the state board of education.

      (c)   "School district" means any school district organized under the lawsof this state.

      (d)   "Basic hearing screening" means a hearing testing program conductedwith a calibrated audiometer.
