Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS
Article 13.--TEACHERS' LICENSES

      72-1395.   Same; application; passing score determinedby state board;passage requirement.Any applicant who is seeking a license to teach inthis state and who is required to take the examination required by this actmay apply for and take the examination without limitation as to thefrequency of applications or testing, subject to any limit imposed by thestate board. The state board of education shall determine the passingscore for the examination which will be required to be attained byapplicants as a prerequisite for licensure. Anapplicant shall not berequired to pass the examination more than once.
