Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS
Article 17.--SUPPLEMENTAL RETIREMENT SYSTEMS

      72-1763.   Same; application of act.The first monthly installments of school annuities and disabilityannuities and salary and wage deductions under this act shall begin inSeptember of the year in which this act takes effect. This act shall applyonly to the school employees of the board of education at the time this acttakes effect and to those employed subsequently: Provided, This act[*] shall not apply to persons whose employment begins after January 1,1964, and the effective date of a statute providing for payments to theboard of education from the state school retirement fund.
