Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS
Article 21.--SCHOOL LANDS

      72-2147.   Same; duty of county attorney.Any such suit shall be conducted on behalf of the state by the countyattorney of the county in which such land shall be situate, under thesupervision of the attorney general.
