Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS
Article 36.--PARENT EDUCATION

      72-3608.   Technical advice and assistance.The state board in cooperation with thestate department of social and rehabilitation services, thestate department of health and environment, and other appropriateassociations and organizations, may provide any board, upon its requesttherefor, with technical advice and assistance regarding the development andoperation of a parent education program or an application for a grant ofstate moneys, and may make studies and gather and disseminate informationregarding materials, resources, procedures, and personnel which are or maybecome available to assist school districts in the development andoperation of parent education programs.
