Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 37.--TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION AND VIRTUAL SCHOOLS

72-3713. Same; supervision by state board; rules andregulations.Virtual schools shall be under the general supervision of the state board. Thestate board may adopt any rules and regulations relating to virtual schoolswhich the state board deems necessary to administer and enforce the virtualschool act.
