Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS
Article 41.--SCHOOL TEXTBOOKS

      72-4143.   Same; issuance of bonds in lieu of warrants; limitations.The board proceeding under the authority of this act may issue bonds toprovide revenue for the initial purchase of textbooks as contemplated inthis act in lieu of the no-fund warrants authorized in the precedingsection. Such bonds shall be issued, registered, sold, delivered andretired as provided in the general bond law except that no bond electionshall be required and such bonds shall not be subject to or be within anybonded debt limitation and shall not be considered in applying any otherlaws limiting bonded indebtedness.
