Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS
Article 41.--SCHOOL TEXTBOOKS

      72-4145.   Same; revolving fund; uses; report.The board may establish a revolving fund for the purpose of purchasingtextbooks from time to time for rental purposes and repairing bookspreviously purchased, and all money collected by the board in the operationof the plan from rental of books, payments for books lost or destroyed, andall fines, shall be placed therein. Such revolving fund shall not besubject to the annual budget, but a report of the condition thereof shallbe made annually at the time the budget is published.
